This policy is legally valid under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – it does not override your statutory rights, only clarifies what is and isn't covered.

1. Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment on Completion: All repair services are charged upon completion/collection of the device.
2. No Refunds on Completed Work: No refunds will be provided for completed repairs where work was carried out with the customer's consent, and the issue agreed to be fixed has been resolved.

2. What Is Not Covered / No Refund Applies

1. Any damage occurring after the device has been handed back to you (including drops, impacts, water damage, misuse, or accidental breakage).
2. Damage to parts/components that were not included in the original repair work agreed upon.
3. Issues arising from pre-existing faults not disclosed before work began.
4. We do not offer refunds for repairs completed to a satisfactory standard, or where you decline further inspection/rectification of any concerns.
5. Warranty only covers the specific parts and work we carried out – it does not cover accidental damage, drops, water damage, or unrelated faults.

3. Your Statutory Rights Are Protected

1. This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If our work was carried out without reasonable care and skill, or using faulty parts, we will:
   1. Rectify the issue free of charge, or
   2. Offer a partial refund or replacement, as legally appropriate.
2. If you are not satisfied with any work completed by us, please contact us within 48 hours of collection so we can investigate and resolve it fairly.
